超柔矿物绝缘防火电缆采用耐火、无污染、高弹性、耐高温耐火绝缘体绝缘材料,该材料在火灾情况下,转化为无机SiO2陶瓷壳体,起到很好的阻燃、防火、隔水及抗震的作用;电缆采用绞合铜导体,不锈钢连锁护套或非金属高阻燃护套结构,增加了电缆的柔软性,使电缆的弯曲半径更小。这些材料一般都具有1400℃以上的较高熔点,因此即使在1050℃高温条件下防火电缆也能正常发挥输电功能,且能通过BS 6387的C\W\Z试验,是一种真正意义上的防火电缆。
The super flexible mineral insulated fireproof cable adopts with fire-resistant, pollution-free, high-temperature and fire-resistant insulated materials which could be transformed into inorganic SiO2 ceramic shell in case of fire, to play a good role in flame retardancy, fire prevention, water separation and earthquake resistance. Stranded copper conductor, stainless steel interlocking sheath or nonmetal high flame-retardant sheath structure are used in the cable, which improves the flexibility of the cable and reduces the bending radius of the cable. These materials generally have a high melting point more than 1400℃. Hence, the fireproof cable can operate the power transmission normally even under the high temperature of 1050℃, and it could pass the C\W\Z test of BS 6387, which is a real fireproof cable.

绝缘采用耐火绝缘体材料。在火焰烧蚀下,绝缘材料逐渐分解,生成二氧化硅为主体结构的陶瓷状无机绝缘体,附着在导体表面,这种绝缘体具有隔热、绝缘、耐火功能和较大的机械强度,能够确保电缆在火焰并附加机械冲击和喷淋状况下保持一段时间正常工作。
The fire-retardant insulation materials are adopted for insulation. The insulating materials decompose gradually under combustion to form a ceramic inorganic insulator with the main structure of silicon dioxide attached to the surface of the conductor. This kind of insulator has functions of heat-retardancy, insulation, fire-resistance and high mechanical strength, which ensures that the cable can operate normally for a while under the condition of flame and additional mechanical shock and spray.

The insulating layer adopts fire-resistant insulator material with excellent performance as ordinary rubber, silicon rubber and thermoplastic elastomer at room temperature. It belongs to halogen-free, non-toxic, tasteless and environmental protection products. Meanwhile, the ceramic hard and complete shell can be formed rapidly in case of fire and high temperature. The shell cannot be damaged in case of water spray and vibration. This is the “revolutionary” characteristic of the fire-resistance insulator that is different from that of all polymer materials at present.
